RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY


At TRIBO WEAR, customer satisfaction is important to us. Because most of our products are made-to-order and printed specifically for each customer, we maintain a strict returns and refunds policy.

Please carefully review product descriptions, sizing charts, colors, and previews before placing your order.

1. Returns Eligibility

We only accept returns, replacements, or refunds for:
– damaged items,
– defective products,
– incorrect items received,
– or lost packages confirmed by the shipping carrier.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:
– incorrect size selection,
– buyer’s remorse,
– change of mind,
– slight color differences caused by screen settings,
– or minor production variations typical of print-on-demand manufacturing.

Returned items must be unused and in their original condition whenever applicable.

2. Return Request Deadline

Any issue with your order must be reported within 14 days of delivery.

To submit a request, please provide:
– your order number,
– clear photos of the issue,
– and a brief explanation.

Requests submitted after the deadline may not be eligible for resolution.

3. Refunds

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we may offer:
– a replacement item,
– store credit,
– or a refund to the original payment method.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:
– first check your bank account again,
– then contact your credit card provider,
– and finally contact your bank, as processing times may vary.

5. Sale Items

Sale items and discounted products are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

We do not offer exchanges for:
– size changes,
– color changes,
– or customer preference reasons.

7. Shipping Issues

TRIBO WEAR is not responsible for delays caused by:
– customs,
– shipping carriers,
– weather conditions,
– or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses.

Orders already in production or shipped cannot be modified or canceled.
